Root & Restore Teas

Relax Tea

Ingredients: lavender and chamomile

Preparation: 1-2 tbs tea blend for 8 ounces of water.

Boil water and infuse tea for about 10 minutes.

For a stronger infusion, allow tea to brew overnight and enjoy hot or iced.

Digest Tea

Ingredients: orange peels, mint, ginger

Preparation: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add 1-2 tsp of tea mix to the pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes.*

Preparation: 1-2 tbs tea blend for 8 ounces of water.
